Regarding the payment...
✦✦ Upfront payment (100%) in USD through Paypal invoice only.✦✦ Tips can be made through the invoice payment or at paypal.me✦✦ Clients in the waitlist do not need to pay until active commission slots are freed up (refer to Trello).✦✦ Refunds can be made during the sketch phase. Once I begin the lineart, no refunds are allowed.✦✦ More than 3 alterations to the WIP (lineart and subsequent progress) will incur additional charges at my discretion.
Regarding the process...
✦✦ Updates will be given about the flow: Sketch, Lineart, Flat (base colors), Render, Completed.✦✦ I require active communication between the artist and client. If you are unavailable during the commission process, the commission will be halted until you are available again.✦✦ Duration to complete the commission is typically 1-4 weeks from beginning of sketch.
